Tego Cycle WA 111 is a non-foaming, non-ionic organic surfactant used in recycling for de-inking, de-labelling and demetallizing of plastic waste. Inks from labels are a source of gels and contamination as well as odour. Tego Cycle WA 111 has the added benefit of wetting polymer flakes, allowing for better floatation and separation in wash cycles. It performs the de-inking at room temperature provided sufficient agitation is present within the recycling process.
TEGO® Cycle DW 210: Reduces moisture during mechanical drying of recycled plastics by up to 70%, leading to higher throughput and cost reduction.
Tego Sorb PY 88 TQ is a zinc ricinoleate used as odour absorber with a key and locker principle. TEGO® Sorb PY 88 TQ especially suitable for the effective control of odours evolving from products like hydrogen sulphide, mercaptane, thioether, isovaleric acid, amines and ammonia.

TEGOMER E525 and TEGOMER P 121: dispersants aiding in higher productivity and lower costs for filler dispersion; less agglomerates and aggregates; excellent clarity and reduction of speck formation in films or thin moulded parts while increasing the effect of colour strength
TEGOMER® H-Si 6441 P: is a multifunctional polyester modified siloxane that improves polymer processing (e.g. mould fill/release, internal lubrication, rheology of polymer melt) while improving bulk properties (e.g. impact and tensile strength, reduction of brittleness, hydrophobizing) as well as surface properties (e.g. scratch and wear resistance, lower surface friction, higher surface gloss)
TEGO® Antifoams prevent foam, e.g. in washing processes efficiently. Evonik have a wide range of extremely effective anti-foaming agents allowing for fast removal of foaming occurring in recycling processes, often as a result of detergents in packaged products. TEGO® Antifoams can be combined with non-foaming wetting agents such as TEGO® Cycle WA 120.
