PurgexTM 456 has proven to be versatile and effective on a wide range of resins. This grade is ideal for use in start-up and shut down of machinery. This grade is safely processed through hot runner gates as small as 0.75mm.

Designed for blown film applications, PurgexTM 461 cleans the extruder, screen pack housing and die/manifold, removing all types of contamination and improving overall film appearance.
Temperature Range: 120ºC – 230ºC

Resin: LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP and Compostibles

Specifically designed for clear resins, PurgexTM602 Plus efficiently removes residual contamination from the screw and barrel in injection moulding machines and extruders and effectively cleans hot runner systems.
PurgexTM 602 Plus performs fast and efficient colour and material changes with PC and PS resins and their copolymers. It greatly reduces the haze that is often left after purging with polyolefin-based purging compounds.
The active ingredients in PurgexTM 602 Plus help prevent degradation of the polystyrene carrier.
